Reservation Policy

  • 1. You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
  • 2. Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
  • 2. You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
  • 3. Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable.

HOTEL POLICY

Delay in Travel Policy: In case of guest-facing delay or cancellation of a flight or train or road trip due to any unexpected reason, the room cancellation charges will remain applicable as per the applicable cancellation policy. Such unpredictable trip cancellation may not be exemplified as the waiver of cancellation charges by Andaz Shimla.

Stay Extension: An extension of stay at the hotel is liable to be offered at the rate/offer applicable at the time the extension request is made. In case, the original offer at which the reservation was booked has expired at that time, the hotel is not liable to offer a room at the original rates but at the current rates on offer.

Rights Reserved:

  • 1. A valid identification document is a must to produce at the time of check-in at Andaz Shimla.
  • 2. Andaz Shimla reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation without any prior information.

GUEST POLICY

Additional Guest Policy: Andaz Shimla operates only on double occupancy per room basis with a maximum occupancy of up to 3 guests. Extra visitors above the age of 12 years being accommodated in the same room along with two adults, taking an extra bed may be accommodated at a charge. This policy is applicable for reservations in Deluxe, Super Deluxe, Family Suites and Attic at Andaz Shimla.

Child Policy: Child sharing for up to two children below 5 years without an extra bed is complimentary. Child Sharing for 1 child above 5 years without an extra bed is charged only for meals and stay. In case of a requirement for an extra bed in the room, charges shall be the same as adult guest-sharing charges.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out Policy:

  • Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out will be subject to the availability of rooms and at an extra cost applicable.
  • Check-in 12:00 Noon
  • Check-out 11:00 AM

PRIVACY POLICY

  • 1. Andaz Shimla respects your right to privacy.
  • 2. Your information shall be kept confidential and shall not be permitted to be used/disclosed, save for the purpose of doing the intended business with you, or if required to be disclosed under the due process of law.
  • 3. We assure you that in the event of your personal information being shared with its subsidiaries, business associates etc., such sharing of information shall be for the purpose of doing the intended business with you.
  • 4. Andaz Shimla reserves its rights to collect, analyze and disseminate aggregate site usage patterns of all its visitors with a view to enhancing services to its visitors. This includes sharing the information with its subsidiaries, and business associates as a general business practice.
